Contenido Publisher is a social media management and publishing service used to connect authorized creator accounts to supported social platforms through their official APIs.

Depending on the permissions granted by a connected account, Contenido Publisher may provide publishing, interaction management, analytics, moderation and automation features.

Information We Process

When a supported social media account is connected, Contenido Publisher may process information provided through the platform's official APIs, including account identifiers, usernames or display names, profile information, granted authorization scopes, access tokens and refresh tokens.

When content is prepared or published, Contenido Publisher may process creator-selected videos, images, captions, publication settings, content-disclosure settings and other publishing options required by the connected platform.

Where interaction features are enabled, Contenido Publisher may process information associated with social interactions such as comments, replies, mentions and messages. This may include platform-provided interaction identifiers, usernames or handles, message or comment text, timestamps, parent or conversation identifiers and engagement-related metadata.

Where analytics features are enabled, Contenido Publisher may process account and content performance data provided by supported platforms. This may include aggregated statistics such as views, reach, impressions, profile activity, followers, likes, comments, replies, shares, reposts, saves, clicks and other platform-provided insight metrics.

How We Use Information

Information is processed only as necessary to provide and maintain Contenido Publisher's functionality. This may include:

• authenticating connected accounts;
• publishing creator-selected content;
• reading and managing permitted social interactions;
• preparing or sending authorized replies;
• detecting duplicate, spam or low-value interactions;
• providing analytics and performance reporting;
• monitoring publishing and delivery status;
• maintaining security, reliability and audit information;
• providing technical support.

Automated Processing

Some enabled features may use automated systems to classify social interactions, prioritize responses, detect engagement signals or prepare suggested responses. Where such functionality is enabled, only information reasonably necessary for that processing is used.

Automated systems are used to support authorized social media management and do not change the privacy settings or ownership of content on the connected third-party platform.

Media Processing

Media selected through Contenido Publisher may be temporarily stored on the Contenido Publisher server while it is validated and transferred to the connected platform.

Temporary processing copies may be deleted after the relevant transfer or publishing operation has completed, except where retention is reasonably necessary for technical troubleshooting, security or recovery.

Authorization Credentials

Platform authorization credentials are handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed to other Contenido Publisher users.

Credentials are used only for operations authorized by the connected account and within the permissions granted to Contenido Publisher by the relevant platform.

Third-Party Platforms and Service Providers

Contenido Publisher interacts with supported third-party platforms through their official developer APIs. These may include services operated by Meta Platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook and Threads, as well as TikTok and other supported platforms.

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies, terms and developer requirements. Contenido Publisher does not control their independent processing of information.

Contenido Publisher may also use infrastructure or automated processing providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service. Information shared with such providers is limited to what is necessary to perform the relevant service.

Data Sharing

Contenido Publisher does not sell personal information.

Information may be transmitted to connected platforms or service providers when necessary to provide authorized functionality, operate the service, protect its security or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Retention

Connected-account information and authorization credentials may be retained while the account remains connected to Contenido Publisher.

Publishing records, interaction metadata, analytics information and operational records may be retained when reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot and maintain the service.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes may be deleted or anonymized.

Security

Contenido Publisher uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect credentials and other information processed by the service from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

Your Choices

Authorized users may stop using Contenido Publisher, disconnect supported accounts or revoke permissions through the relevant platform where available.

Requests concerning deletion of data associated with Contenido Publisher may be submitted using the instructions available on the Data Deletion page.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Contenido Publisher's functionality, integrations or legal requirements change. The current version will remain publicly available at this URL.
