Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of Contenido Publisher.
Disconnecting a Platform Account
You may revoke Contenido Publisher's access through the privacy, security or authorized-app settings provided by the relevant third-party platform.
Requesting Deletion
To request deletion of information associated with a connected account, contact Contenido Publisher Support.
Please identify the platform and account concerned so that the relevant records can be located without requesting unnecessary additional personal information.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on the services used, deletion may include connected-account information, authorization credentials, publishing records, interaction records, analytics data and other operational information associated with the account.
Information That May Be Retained
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or other legitimate operational requirements.
Third-Party Platform Data
Deleting data from Contenido Publisher does not automatically delete information stored independently by a connected third-party platform. Requests concerning data held by those platforms must be submitted directly to the relevant platform.
